Sasha Walden and the Dar Walden team were absolutely phenomenal! She was the kindest and most accommodating realtor we could ask for during our first house buying adventure. She responded super quickly at all times of the day and week. She was great with picking houses for us and showing them to us. She also advocated for us at every turn and made sure we knew what we were walking into as first time home buyers. I recently worked for almost a year with Kyrsten at Dar Walden to find the perfect home. I initially thought I was ready to go, and some things with my divorce held up the home buying process for me, so I had to put it on hold. Kyrsten kept in touch with me occasionally, and was extremely patient with me, showing me numerous properties. I was looking for the perfect home for my son and I. After needing almost a year of off and on looking, I finally found my perfect home, and I owe it to Kyrsten. She was amazing through the entire process. From pointing me to a lender, to the inspector, and contractors for things I wanted to do after closing, everything. Even though she was out on personal time, she still took my calls and texts, and answered emails, or directed she me to someone who could help. And everything she did was with friendliness, kindness, and sincerity. 5 stars isn't enough. There were some hold ups on the appraisal, which caused the closing to be move out almost two weeks, and I had scheduled to have furniture delivered a few days after the original closing. It would have cost me a LOT of money to switch dates. She worked with the sellers and met me to have the furniture dropped off and set up. I honestly can't even remember all of the things she did because the list is so long. I kind of wish I could buy houses more I often so I could use her as an agent more than once every 10 or so years. But I can recommend her to everyone I know, because she's absolutely amazing at her job, and goes out of her way to get things done, if it's possible. Dar Walden, you have an amazing asset with Kyrsten. Hold on to this one!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kyrsten Fischer is by far the best relator in Alaska. She goes above and beyond for her clients. We didn't get just a relator but a friend. She's always been quick to respond to our questions and (boy did we have a ton of questions) is willing to put in the work to help us in every step of purchasing our home. I 100% recommend her if your looking to purchase a home. It's been a year since we closed on our home and I plan on using her again when our family is ready to purchase another home.

Since our family legacy property had several municipal permits & legal documents to close out, Dar made sure we were informed and able to address items to ensure a timely closing for us and our Buyer. Tara of the Dar Walden Team was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She went above and beyond, even staying on top of things while she was on vacation in Hawaii to make sure I could still close by my expected date. While she was away, her team did a great job showing the property and answering questions, so nothing stalled. When Tara got back, she jumped right in, moved quickly, and suggested smart strategies I hadn’t considered that helped me secure the property. She’s a strong negotiator and guided me through the entire process with clear advice and steady communication, always keeping my interests front and center.
